Wheel Farm Business Park comprises a mix of offices, workshops, light industrial and storage; all available to rent and are let on flexible leases. Some buildings are converted agricultural and others are purpose built new commercial units. All are situated in an attractive rural setting on the edge of the village of Westfield, East Sussex near Battle, Hastings and Rye. It is hoped that more new units will be available shortly. There is a total of approximately 40,000 sq ft. in eight buildings with unit sizes varying from 900 sq ft to 7,000 sq ft. There are ten businesses on site; joinery and wood turning, metal work, aeroplane restoration, rope supplier & kitchen waste unit maker. There are about 60 people employed on the site, the vast majority of whom are local, a significant number coming from the village of Westfield itself.



Wheel Farm has three phase electricity, mains drainage and is broadband enabled. There is ample parking and plenty of space to unload vehicles and turn round easily. The business park adjoins farmland with extensive footpaths, ponds and tree planting and is a very pleasant environment to work in. It is also close to the village with its shops.

The Rother District Draft Planning Strategy to 2011 includes provision of a further 11,000 sq ft of new space on the site.
